Drugs is a free online card game — a variant of the traditional game Palace — playable in a browser and as a Discord Activity. By playing it you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use it.
The game is provided free of charge, as a hobby project, with no accounts, no purchases and no in-game currency. Nothing is for sale and no payment is ever requested. It is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by Discord Inc. When you play through Discord, Discord's Terms of Service apply to you as well.
You must be at least 13 years old, or older if the law where you live sets a higher minimum for using online services. If you play via Discord you must also be in good standing with Discord's own terms.

To keep games playable, the operator may — at their discretion and without notice — end a game in progress, disconnect a player, or block an IP address from connecting. Games may also be closed so the server can be updated. There is no appeal process and no obligation to give a reason, though a polite word in the support server will usually get one.
You are responsible for whatever you type. Chat messages are relayed live to the other players in your room and are not reviewed in advance, stored, or endorsed by the operator. Other players' messages are their own responsibility, not the operator's.
The game runs on a home server and may be slow, restarted, broken, changed or taken offline permanently at any time, without notice. Games in progress can be interrupted. Statistics may be reset or lost. There is no uptime commitment and no guarantee that any feature will keep working or continue to exist.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and uninterrupted or error-free operation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of the game, including lost games, lost statistics, or downtime. Nothing in these terms excludes any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law or other laws that cannot be excluded by agreement.
The rules of Palace are a traditional game and belong to nobody. The code, artwork and text of this implementation belong to its author. Discord, and the Discord logo, are trademarks of Discord Inc.
These terms may be updated; the "last updated" date above will change when they are. Continuing to play after a change means you accept the revised terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of Australia.
